Q. Can you help us actually support women going through menopause?
We’ve got incredible women in our workforce, but when it comes to menopause, we’re not doing much. Or anything. We want to offer real, human, helpful support. Not just posters in the breakroom or another app. Can you help us build something meaningful that actually helps people?
A. Yes we can, and we’ll flex the programme to suit your team, structure, and culture. We believe empathy is not an interface and pride ourself in our human-led, practical approaches to menopause education and healthy behaviour change.

Q. Can you give our people access to experts who know who’s opinion we can trust?
We want to go beyond generic webinars. We want our team to hear from people who really know their stuff, health coaches, menopause specialists, women who’ve lived through it and thrived. People with credentials and compassion.
A. You’ll get a full line-up of trusted health professionals, inspiring speakers, and lived experience that help normalise the experiences women face and encourages women to speak up and get the support they need.

Q. Can you help us shift the energy and make people comfortable to talk?
We want this to feel warm. Human. Relaxed. Like a chat with someone who gets it, not a lecture from the top of the room. Our people need a safe space to talk, ask, learn, and maybe even laugh.
A. You’ll get a tone that’s personal, inclusive and friendly, always rooted in evidence. Our sessions are both engaging and practical so women walk away feeling heard, understood and with actionable steps to a better menopause experience.

Q. Can you help us measure what matters?
We want to do this properly, and we want to know it’s working. That our people feel better, that engagement goes up, that something real is shifting. We’d love actual numbers to back that up.
A. We build in clear, simple measurement. Our priority is to leave a lasting impact.

Q. Can you help us do more with our menopause policy?
We’ve got menopause in our wellbeing policy. It’s technically there. But we’re not sure who knows about it, or how to talk about it, or how to make it land with our people. We have menopause ambassadors on-hand but we don't know how to make this work better.
A. We’ll help you untangle it all and turn it into something practical and powerful that your menopause ambassadors can own, learn and grow from.

We want this to reach everyone. Not just the loudest voices or the most senior women. Everyone who needs support, across departments, locations, and identities.
